Hazard, KY (March 6, 2024) – Kentucky State Police, Post 13, Hazard is requesting assistance from the public in reference to an ongoing missing persons investigation. Brenda Noble Bales, 51, of Hazard, walked away from her residence on Margaret Lane located in the Avawam community of Perry County, on Monday, March 4, 2024.
Bales is described as a white female with dark hair. She stands 5’4 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds. It was reported that Bales suffers from mental illness and she could have been attempting to walk to Big Lots located in Hazard.
