Barbara Jane Perry, 67, of Columbia died Saturday, Feb. 11, 2023, at 1:57 p.m. at Russell County Hospital in Russell Springs.
She was born Sept. 2, 1955, in Carlisle, to the late Noah and Wilma McClure Middleton. Barbara was a Quality Control Inspector for several different industries.
Survivors include: her husband, Mickey O. Perry of Columbia; three sons, John Oliva of Louisville, Daniel Oliva of Chicago and Chris Oliva of Indianapolis; one daughter, Michelle Oliva of Portland, Ore.; one sister, Carolyn Coffey of Russell Springs; four grandchildren, John, Dahlia, Lito and Leo Oliva, and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family has chosen cremation and no services are planned.
Grissom-Martin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
