Cindy Lou Hughes, 65, of Bowling Green, Kentucky, formerly of Adair County, died Tuesday, October 31, 2023 at her home.
She was born February 22, 1958, in Chicago, Illinois. She was preceded in death by her father, Bobby Akin and her husband, Bill Hughes.
Survivors include her mother, Martha Pierce Akin Cundiff and her husband Vernon of Bowling Green; one son, Bobby Miller of Munfordville; two brothers, Bruce Akin of Campbellsville and Tim Akin of Anchorage, Alaska; four grandchildren, Korbin Miller, Emberlyn Miller, Makayla Sparks, Katelyn Miller; two great-grandchildren, Elysia Miller and Isabella Sparks; several other relatives and friends.
Funeral service was held Friday, November 3, 2023 at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Richard Carroll officiating and burial in Antioch Cemetery.
Visitation was held before service Friday.
Casket Bearers: Bruce Akin, Tim Akin, Bobby Miller, Korbin Miller, Nathan Akin and Josh Akin.
