Coy Dean Petty, 72, of Columbia, died Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green.
He was born September 11, 1951 to the late Clyde and Mary Helen Pelston Petty. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two daughters, Lisa Petty and Deana Petty, a sister, Marcine Melsonand a grandson, Derrick Pickett. Coy Dean was a Roofer and Mechanic.
Survivors Include his wife, Vickie Petty; two sons, Troy Dean Petty (Amber) and Wayne Smith, all of Columbia; one daughter, Sheila Richard (William) of Chicago; four sisters, Irene Furkins, Judy Bunch, Vicki Melson all of Columbia and Teresa Scott of Russell Springs; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchilden; and a host of other relatives and friends.
