Judy Garland Blackwell Lewis, 72, of Bardstown, passed away Sunday, January 22, 2023, at her residence. She was born February 24, 1950, in Columbia.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James “Butch” William Lewis Jr.; her parents, Robert and Ruth Blackwell; a brother, Bob Blackwell Jr.; and a sister, Ruth Ann Blackwell.
She is survived by two brothers, Ronnie Blackwell and Dale Blackwell; a sister, Rannie Blackwell; aunt, Lucille Graves; and longtime friend, Ala Dean Walkup.
Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Saturday, January 28, 2023, at Barlow Funeral Home, with burial in Lebanon National Cemetery on Monday, January 30, 2023, at 11 a.m. Rev. Harriet McElvaney, Rev. Erich Shumake, and Rev. Rivers C. Sumpter will officiate. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. Saturday, January 28, at Barlow Funeral Home.
