Mahlon C. Coblentz, 44, of Columbia, passed away Tuesday, October 31, 2023, from injuries sustained in an auto accident in Elkhart, Indiana. He was born in Snicksburg, PA on October 26, 1979, to Crist and Martha Hershberger Coblentz of Rossiter, PA who survives.
Mr. Coblentz was a member of The Way Church and enjoyed golf, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife Katie Miller Coblentz of Columbia; four sons Crist Coblentz of Rossiter, Pennsylvania, Simon Coblentz (Hazel) of Columbia, Aaron Coblentz of Columbia, and Mahlon Coblentz of Columbia; expecting two grandchildren soon; three brothers, three sisters and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 1:00pm Monday, November 6, 2023, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with burial in the Pellyton Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday after 10:00am at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.
Bro. Paul Grider will be officiating, and pallbearers will be Crist, Simon, Aaron, and Mahlon Coblentz, Mahlon Miller, and William Miller.
