Ramona Sharon Franklin, 55, of Columbia, died Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at 6:45 p.m. at TJ Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow.
She was born December 6, 1968 in Casey County. She was preceded in death by her father, Oda Lee Daniel; a brother, Danny Daniel; and a sister-in-law, Sharon Padgett.
Survivors include her husband, Tommy Franklin of Columbia; her mother, Iola Andrew of Columbia; one son, Jeremy Franklin (Brandy) of Columbia; two daughters, Amanda Hancock (Justin) of Columbia, and Jessica Burton of Science Hill; one brother, Luke Daniel of Nancy; and four sisters, Doris Dabney of Somerset, Kay Shell of Dunnville, Susie Franklin of Columbia, and Joyce Strunk of Stearns.
Survivors also include nine grandchildren, Molly, Mox and Maddex Franklin, Sebastian Hancock, Alyssa and Shanley Hausdorfer, Rowen Bryant, Jax and Lexi Burton; her mother-in-law, Viola Jessie Columbia; sister-in-law, Shelia Franklin (Tony) of Columbia; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral service was Sunday, March 10, 2024 at 1 p.m. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Godfrey Jackson officiating. Burial in Haven Hill Cemetery.
Casket bearers were Justin Hancock, Donovan Morton, Roger Strunk, Jackie Morgan, Michael Morgan, and Jeremy Franklin.
