Tony Levi Collins, 67, of Lexington, died Thursday, January 4, 2024 at TJ Health/Columbia.
He was born February 23, 1956 in Lexington to the late Levi and Mamie Louise Turley Collins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Nola Louise Matthews. He was a former truck driver and worked at Speaks Marathon in Lexington for many years.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Hance Collins of Lexington; three children, Eric Scott Collins (Kimberly) of Louisiana, Natasha Lee Reeves (Claud) of Alabama and Elisha Marie Collins of Alabama; one step-child, Sophia Lynn Tebo (Chris) of New York; one sister, Yasmin Bittaye of Frankfort; nine grandchildren, Katie Reeves, Madison Freeman, Levi Reeves, Rylee Reeves, Emersyn Reeves, Nadia Collins, Karlee Collins, Gracelyn Clark and Dalton Tebo; aspecial sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Margaret Hance and Kenneth McClintock of Knifley; aspecial niece, Angie Williams; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family has chosen Cremation and will have a service in Fayette County for family and friends at a later date.
